What security measures do you have in place for storing electronic records within your facility?

 Transcription Express is a secure location. Only authorized personnel who have satisfactorily completed a background check are allowed to work with client transcripts. Additionally, we have security systems in place including: a monitored motion-detector security alarm system, a visitor log sheet and keypad entrances. All transcript files are stored off-site in a data center with full security, as well as on our on-site servers, which are kept in a locked room. In order to access the system, each employee is assigned a username and password that is monitored by our IT personnel.
