Transcription Express is a technology-oriented company. Our IT department is staffed by Fortune 1000 quality personnel who are constantly searching for new and better ways to provide service to our clients. This includes the development of our Digital Transportation System (DTS), which is designed exclusively for the insurance industry to act as both the transportation vehicle and the virtual coversheet for digital audio files produced on hand-held digital recorders, traveling to our company. This easy-to-use, web-based, secure system allows each user to set up their account, ensuring the correct tracking and billing for each transcript.
We have also developed a fully customizable invoicing system that allows us to produce invoices to client specifications, no matter how complex those may be.
Additionally, we offer a state-of-the-art digital dictation system that allows the client to use either call-in or hand-held methods to get their audio files to us. This system also allows the client to track his job as it moves through our system.
