Do you charge for transcriptions that were not delivered by the promised deadline?
We are proud to say this rarely happens, since we meet our client’s required contract turnaround times almost 99% of the time. Typically the only time there might be a delay is if there is an anomaly with the audio, such as an “Interviewer only”, where we are waiting for confirmation from the client to transcribe or a particularly long transcript, over 200 pages requiring additional transcription and quality control time to complete. On the rare occasion when a product is delayed due to issues on our end, there would be no charge for the transcript.
