Support and service during outsourcing transition
One client with 18 word processing centers usually funneled their overflow work to us. A cost savings decision was made to eliminate their word centers and have their dictators send their dictation via cassette directly to us from over 400 locations in all 50 states. We designed the workflow, trained their staff all over the country and developed a scanning process to track all their packages.

Six months behind
One client called us with a backlog of 6 months of dictation that they were behind on and asked us to catch them up over the course of the next two months. After meeting their objectives, they became a loyal client and still are after 13 years.

Boxes and boxes of recorded dictation
Another client called us because their vendor who had signed an agreement to complete work within 5 business days ended up with several large boxes of recorded dictation on cassettes that was held over two months. Those boxes were shipped to us and we had them caught up in less than two weeks and we subsequently became their vendor.

Hurricane Katrina
Due to Hurricane Katrina, one of our clients asked if we could go on “CAT Status” and take a large influx of work and still turn it around in our exact same timeframe. We worked around the clock adding 30% to our production to accomplish this task and met our service level objectives.

New Technology Support
We’ve worked on numerous beta projects with our clients introducing new technologies to enhance the efficiency of their operations. Among those have been an electronic imaging project, scanning projects, and the roll-out of a new digital system to name a few.

National Account? Two Months Notice? No Problem!
One client that we did overflow work for through one of their subsidiaries called us and asked us to process all of their transcription work for their entire organization nationwide with only two months notice. We were able to fully absorb their account within the two-month window and are proud to say they are still a client five years later.

2,000 Dictations in 30 Days
One company called us after several years of marketing conversations and asked if we could handle an overflow of 2,000 dictations immediately and complete them within 30 days. Not only were we able to do this but they turned all their recorded statements over to us shortly thereafter.
